Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $4.95.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real-time.
We take great care in packaging all orders. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Some items like food, treats, and personalized products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

You must lodge your return request through the Account Portal. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Always supervise your pet with new toys and consult your veterinarian if you have specific health concerns.
Orders can be modified or cancelled as long as they have not been fulfilled, once fulfillment has taken place orders cannot be changed and this includes the delivery address. After this time, the order is processed and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
